How do I get the treatment I need?
The process begins with completing the online questionnaire at a time that suits you best. If you qualify for the treatment, you can schedule a consultation with a doctor. Based on your answers and preferences, a prescription is prepared if medically appropriate. This prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy, and once your medication is ready, it is safely delivered to your home via a specialized delivery service from AMP Group.
How do your prescriptions work?
All our prescriptions are created digitally and securely. After you select a treatment, our doctor prepares a secure e-prescription for you. This prescription is sent directly to our partner pharmacy, Lairesse Hospital Pharmacy, for safe processing and delivery, ensuring you receive your medication reliably and discreetly at home.
Can I request repeat prescriptions from BMI Clinic?
Yes, at BMI Clinic, you can request repeat prescriptions. Every six months, we conduct an online health check to ensure the treatment is still suitable for you. Your prescription can be renewed once during this period. After six months, we reassess your situation together and, if everything is progressing well, issue a new prescription. If any changes in your health occur that could affect side effects, we schedule a consultation with the doctor to provide proper guidance and ensure the right decisions are made.
How do I make an appointment at BMI Clinic?
You don’t need to log in immediately to make an appointment. You can first follow the steps to schedule a consultation through our online platform. Later in the process, when necessary, we will ask you to log in or create an account. This way, it remains easy and accessible for you!
